Dove Campaign for Kids Online Safety

In April 2023, Halpern brought together Dove voices, partners, KOLs and media and influencers for an evening calling to make social media safer for kids. 
Hosted at the Outernet, the digital first, immersive event raised awareness of the fact that toxic beauty content on social media is harming children and is a public health crisis that needs to be addressed. The Dove panel for change provoked discussion and galvanised action amongst attendees.
The evening comprised a unique creative digital experience; a fireside chat with young people directly affected by the issues raised in the campaign; a panel discussion with Dove partners and key opinion leaders; and an intimate and exclusive performance from new Dove partner Self Esteem. Dove has a long-term commitment to bringing positive change to the beauty industry and taking action towards building self-esteem of young people. We are delighted to have played a small part in Dove’s mission to help protect kids’ mental health and make social media a safer place.
