In November 2022, we were proud to work with IL MAKIAGE to support the ideation and activation of their partnership with the Arsenal Women Football team. As the team’s first ever beauty sponsor, we worked with IL MAKIAGE to create an empowering campaign - “Focus On My Game Face” - focused on inspiring future generations of young girls to engage with (and celebrate!) women’s football.
Through the campaign, we were honoured to support IL MAKIAGE and Arsenal Women’s Football make a bold statement against the unfortunate reality facing many women in sports: for decades, female athletes’ worth, sponsorships, and success have been tied up in how they look.
Whilst this is just the beginning, we’re excited to be part of a great cause reshaping conversations in the sports space, placing focus on skills over looks, depth over surface, and impact over impressions.
